The furniture, the scenography
All the decoration and the furniture are rented, or lended by partners.
The booths
Creation of the booths in paper (recycled and recyclable).
Re-use of the paper of the 2009 booths.
Use instruction and advice to exhibitors concerning their space setting-up.
The caterer
Creation of a partnership with an organic caterer.
Priority given to local, seasonal, organic and / or fair trade products.
Energy management
The light of the site is not used. The light trees created in 2009 have been reused in 2012. No use of air-conditioning.
Waste
The small wastes of the assembly are used to create a work of art exhibited during the fair.
Instructions are given to each actor of the exhibition (exhibitors, production, organisation, and renter) to limit their waste but also to separate it.
No use of garbage neither ephemeral material like carpets.
Transporting people
(visitors, exhibitors, artists…)
We encourage people to use green transportation or to take public transport. Transportation partnership: Train/transfer from the train station or airport is electrical cars / Ecovisit of Paris.
Transporting goods
Maximal and intelligent grouping of the deliveries.
Communication on the site
Image and broadcasting are uses as main communication support. The exhibitors Sustainable Development approach is printed on recycle paper.
Communication with the visitor
The programme of the exhibition, the referencing book, the flyers and the posters are printed with vegetable ink on recycle paper certified FSC. The printer is certified Imprim’vert.
